AcuRite Solar Radiation Shield

The accuracy and reliability of daytime temperature readings for compatible AcuRite sensors are enhanced by the AcuRite solar Radiation shield. To ensure the best possible results, the Radiation shield provides shade and allows airflow for compatible sensors when placement is limited to direct sunlight. The AcuRite temperature sensor, temperature & humidity sensor, or lightning detector with temperature and humidity can easily clip inside the shield. The solar shield offers simple installation and includes an integrated hanger and key hole, allowing for multiple mounting options. It is compatible with AcuRite sensors 592Txr/06002, 606TX/06009, 609Txc, and 06045M (sold separately). The solar Radiation shield provides shade from sunlight and allows airflow through the shield to enhance the accuracy of daytime temperature readings. It is constructed to be durable and all-weather, making it perfect for indoor or outdoor use. The compatible AcuRite sensor can easily clip inside the solar shield for simple installation. Additionally, there is an integrated hanger at the top of the shield and a key hole mount on the back of the shield, providing multiple mounting options. The dimensions of the shield are 7.5" in height, 5.4" in width, and 4" in depth.
